Masang Machinery (www.masang.com) presented injection molding and mold temperature control solution at ’21st Korea International Plastic & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2011),’ which’s held in KINTEX, Goyang, Korea, from September 28 to October 1.

‘AUTOMASTER’ which adopts FUZZY&P.I.D is a technology to make use of thermal energy and to rapidly cool macromolecule resin injected inside the mold. It can accurately control the temperature of mold and has artificial intelligence system to separate mold for cooling and heating respectively. This technology greatly contributes to enhance operating rate of injection molding machine.

Masang Machinery also displayed ‘GHC AUTOMASTER,’ a temperature control system, and ‘S-con,’ a smart controller for getting double productivity with only a set of mold and a catapult.

Meanwhile, ’21st Korea International Plastic & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2011)’ hosted by Korea E & Ex and Korea Plastics Processing Machine Industry Cooperative is a total show covering from eco-friendly industry, new materials to various applied industries such as next generation core technology on plastic, processing machinery such as catapults and extruders, automation solutions, mold, printing, IT, auto, medical equipments and architecture etc.

‘KOPLAS 2011,’ co-held with ’2011 Korea Industry Fair’ launching this year first, has ‘Be with Plastics for Smart World’ as its main theme and related conferences on bio plastic and state-of-the-art materials.
