[KOPLAS 2011] Hyundai Boteco to Display ‘HB-ALLOY,’ a Bimetal Cylinder Integrating Gas & Plastic Resin

Hyundai Boteco (www.hbbimetal.co.kr) introduced ‘HB-ALLOY,’ a bimetal cylinder maker, at ’21st Korea International Plastic & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2011),’ which’s held in KINTEX, Goyang, Korea, from September 28 to October 1.
Bimetal cylinder enhanced productivity and lifespan for 6 to 10 times than the existing nitriding steel cylinder by using materials integrating gas and plastic resin with strong abrasion. And it’s recently getting the spotlight in engineering plastic field.
Particularly, Hyundai Boteco acquired a patent from Japan by achieving recognition of their technological skill on ‘HBS SCREW’ produced with special heat treatment.
Meanwhile, ’21st Korea International Plastic & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2011)’ hosted by Korea E & Ex and Korea Plastics Processing Machine Industry Cooperative is a total show covering from eco-friendly industry, new materials to various applied industries such as next generation core technology on plastic, processing machinery such as catapults and extruders, automation solutions, mold, printing, IT, auto, medical equipments and architecture etc.
‘KOPLAS 2011,’ co-held with ’2011 Korea Industry Fair’ launching this year first, has ‘Be with Plastics for Smart World’ as its main theme and related conferences on bio plastic and state-of-the-art materials.
