[KOPLAS 2011] Sumitomo Plastics-Machinery to Show ‘ZERO-molding’ with Minimized Damage/Defect in Shaping Process

Sumitomo Plastics-Machinery (www.shi.co.jp/plastics) introduced ‘ZERO-molding’ technology for reducing complicated shaping process at ’21st Korea International Plastic & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2011),’ which’s held in KINTEX, Goyang, Korea, from September 28 to October 1.
ZERO-molding technology adopts Fresh shaping technology to reduce damage, defect, and inconvenience to the maximum during shaping process and improves cavity balance by expanding range of FFC shaping conditions.
With these improvements, it can emit gas easily and can extend period for preserving mold.
Meanwhile, ’21st Korea International Plastic & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2011)’ hosted by Korea E & Ex and Korea Plastics Processing Machine Industry Cooperative is a total show covering from eco-friendly industry, new materials to various applied industries such as next generation core technology on plastic, processing machinery such as catapults and extruders, automation solutions, mold, printing, IT, auto, medical equipments and architecture etc.
‘KOPLAS 2011,’ co-held with ’2011 Korea Industry Fair’ launching this year first, has ‘Be with Plastics for Smart World’ as its main theme and related conferences on bio plastic and state-of-the-art materials.
