[PIS 2011] Byuck-Jin Bio Tech to Firstly Unveil ‘LS²,’ New Material with Both Features of Linen & Silk

Byuck-Jin Bio Tech (representative Gwang-Yeop Choo, www.bjbio.net) displayed post-processing memory and union cloth at ‘Preview in Seoul (PIS) 2011′, which’s held in COEX, Seoul, from August 31 to September 2.

Particularly, LS², initially unveiled through the exhibition after two years of R&D, dragged positive attentions from a number of overseas buyers from the first day of the exhibition.
LS², an abbreviation for LSLS (Linen/Silk-Like Simultaneously), is a new natural/compound material with features of soft surface like silk and solid bending like linen at the same time.
LS², showing excellent sense of touch, is applicable as a fabric substitutable for Linen like or Silk like and through post-processing, it can be utilized as a high value-added functional fabric like antibacterial or quick drying.
Meanwhile, first launched in 2000, ‘Preview in SEOUL’ is Korea’s premier textile exhibition which has been held for last 11 years. Around 230 companies participate in 8,010sqm trade space and 9,000 buyers visit worldwide.
