ZOTAC (www.zotac.com) is an NVIDIA graphics card brand of PC Partner Limited, the world-best graphics card manufacturer which produces 1.10 millions of graphics cards a month. AVING Korea Interview Team visited the ZOTAC Factory in Shenzhen, China from April 13 ~ 15.

The scale of the manufacturing factory reaches 100,000 sqm, and the number of workers is roughly 5,500. Main manufactured goods are mini PC and mainboard, along with graphics cards. This is possible only because they’re manufacturing 1.10 millions of graphics cards per month.

We met Samuel, a quality manager of the factory. He introduced us SMT device which’s responsible for producing ZOTAC’s graphics cards.

He expressed strong confidence saying “There’s no other manufacturer to manufacture graphics cards and has SMT device like PC Partner Limited (ZOTAC). This directly leads to error rate and product quality”.

*SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is a technology to adhere SMC (Surface Mounted Components), which can be installed directly on the surface of PCB, to electronic circuit.
