B&P department in broadcasting devices (bp.sony.co.kr) of Sony Korea (representative Itoki Kimihiro) is presenting ‘HDC-P1′, a box-type camera, during ‘Korea International Broadcast, Audio & Lighting Equipment Show (KOBA 2011)’ which will be held in COEX, Seoul, Korea for 4 days from June 14 to 17.

HDC-P1 is a box-type POV (Point of View) camera with 2/3 inched Full-HD 3CCD sensor installed featuring original high-definition resolution of HDC-1000 series camera and mobility by compact size (86mm of width of camera body) at the same time.

For 3D video-shooting using Rig, it’s lighter and smaller and features multi format, ND-CC filter on the basis of servo motor, control system based on HDC camera, and LAN connection.

“HDC-P1 is a multi-purpose HD camera that fulfills not only unmanned shooting environment requiring zimizib but also demands for sports broadcasting in need of multi format, and creating new 3D contents”, the Sony Korea’s official said.
