Augmented Reality Billboard Pokes Bystanders

Created by Chris O’Shea for BBC, Hand from Above is essentially an augmented reality billboard that pokes bystanders — “appears to work more or less automatically, effacing people it picks up or shrinking them.” Video after the break.

Not the hardest thing to do (especially with a decent background image) but, I imagine, difficult to do dynamically like that.
