T-Mobile USA plans unlimited text, voice for $99.99

NEW YORK (Reuters) - T-Mobile USA, owned by Deutsche Telekom AG , said on Tuesday it would offer unlimited text messaging and voice calls for $99.99 a month, starting on Thursday February 21.
