Adobe to acquire word processor maker Buzzword

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Adobe Systems Inc plans to acquire Virtual Ubiquity, makers of Buzzword, an innovative word processor, in a surprise move that competes with Microsoft Corp and Google Inc .
